North Hunting Ground

Seeing a Herd of Elk, Silvermask felt Hungry. But, it was best to stay out of there way. Looking around, she sniffed the air for the scent. And it was there, over towards the Starcliff. What were they doing there? Looking towards the Cliff, she pricked up her ears before taking off into the air, her silver wings flapping rapidly.

Luna saw Silvermask fly away, she took after hoping to find out some answers about the place. She was new, she didn't know anything, not born from any of the clans, but stowing away with one, and pretending to be apart of the family. A large herd of elk invited Luna in for a snack. She was rather hungry, so she landed and crept slowly towards the prey.

Silvermask skidded to a halt besides Luna. "Need a hand?" She panted, folding away her Silver wings. Silvermask was hungry too.

Luna looked at the wolf that had spoke. "Actually, I am quite capable of hunting myself, but if you wish, you can join me." She pounced at an unexpecting elk who seemed to be further from all the others so they didn't realize that they were in any danger.

Silvermask shrugged, following. She snatched the elk's leg. She wasn't trained in hunting only fighting. She dragged at the elk's leg.
"Did you hear about the missing hunters? I found there scent in Starcliff" She barked above the Elk's screams.

Luna tore part of the elk's front leg then looked at Silvermask. "Actually, no I didn't. I haven't been so caught up in the latest news. You think Starcliff could be holding them? Or maybe they're trapped, I'm not quite sure what to say."

((Well Luna,... that makes two of us lol xD))

Silvermask nodded, "I made contact with a Starcliff scout. She seamed to be very annoyed at my presence"

"That would mean something is odd. I thought Starcliff is a friendly clan." Luna said glancing up from the dead elk. She looked around for Lynn, her wolf pup.

Stormchaser watched the two wolves from a distance. He wasn't hungry, he had already eaten, and now he was just waiting for a sign of some sort. He wanted a purpose in his life. If he had no purpose, he would be no different from a regular wolf with no wings. Aside from the fact that they don't have to lug the large feather capes around, the life of a normal wolf's is no different from his. He laid down continuing to watch as the other wolves ate the elk.

While scanning the area, Luna notices that there was another wolf who was laying far from where she is standing. She moved cautiously towards the wolf.

Stormchaser saw that one of the wolves was moving slowly and cautiously to where he was. "Can I help you?" Stormchaser asked when the wolf was close enough to hear him. His eyes narrowed. She has the scent of the moonriver. Surely she is part of the clan.

Luna stood still about four feet away from the wolf. "There is absolutely nothing you can help me with. I was just investigating." Luna said. The scent was familiar.

Silvermask was still eating slowly, before she noticed Luna had gone off. Silvermask wondered why Starcliff seamed to be threating, but, now, Silver had seen the other wolf too. Curiously, Silver followed in the direction of Luna. Narrowing her deep blue eyes.

Stormcloud trotted up.
"I know whats up with Starcliff." She wagged her tail self-consiously.

Silvermask turned to look at Stormcloud. She had met Stormcloud when she was 6 moons old, wondering into 'Loner land'
"What are you doing here?" She questioned, "Your a Stranger to our Clan"

"Just to warn you of Suncliff. The leader is corrupt. You should be careful."

Silvermask ruffled her wings. "Is that so?" She retored, with slight doubt in her voice.

"I must leave now, but I warn you- All is not as it seems."

Silvermask watched Stormcloud leave and suspiciously turned back to the others. "Something doesn't feel right...."
Before she took off, heading back to Starcliff...

Storm circled, waiting for Polaris.

Polaris landed softly beside Stormy.
"Let's get this party started." he growled enthusiastically.

Storm sniffed. "Towards the back, injured. Back legs, I think the hip is bad." She pointed out.

Polaris grinned. "Right, then!" he said. "Let's catch it!" an ice-spear formed alongside him and he fired it at the elk. It pierced the beast's side and went into its heart.
