The Lone Tree

Creekstone called out "Brickbone!", a little worried, since his father had never come to him when Creekstone called.
Whether it was sheer dumb luck or on purpose, Creekstone's father was suddenly racing towards Sunlit with a snarl.

Sunlit swerved to the bite, her teeth bared.

Featherkite blinked at Creekstone with surprise.

Creekstone looked just as surprised as Feahter, and when he looked at her, he grinned and slightly shrugged.
Brickbone landed next to Sunlit and trapped her tail in his teeth.

Sunlit jumped to her back legs, kicking out at Brickbone with brute force.

"Can we help any?" Featherkite asked under her breath to Creekstone.

"I think Dad's got it," he said quietly.
Brickbone was kicked in the head and rolled onto the ground, but a second later he was up. He threw himself into Sunlit, crashing into her side.

Featherkite nodded.
"Sunlit could call back-up" She replied slowly.

And another surprise, was Neon. Appearing in a flash of cold light. Featherkite cursed. Sunlit grinned from her position on the floor. Neon began to advance towards the youngsters.

Brickbone sank his teeth into Sunlit's chest and with everything he had, swung her into the air, towards Neon.

Creekstone watched the spirit with something almost like contempt.

Sunlit froze in mid air, then fell lightly onto her paws. She growled and turned to strike Brickbone by jumping in he air in an arc and coming down hard on his back. Neon came towards the younger pair still.
"Neon has a necklace too!" Featherkite announced, leaping forwards in a strong bound, her body falling behind encased in electricity. Her soul, was free. Just like the battle of time.

Creekstone copied her, and charged forward.
Brickbone fell to the ground and rolled before slowly rising to his feet. He lunged at Sunlit and snapped his teeth at her face.

Sunlit snarled and whipped Brickbone with her tail, sweeping her legs under his paws.
Featherkite marged into Neon and the two rolled over. Neon pushingFeatherkite away from her easily.

(Can Ghosts even get hurt? O.O)

(I have no idea, to be honest. I know they can't die XD

We should have a rule on that.)

Brick managed to keep his two front feet up and pushed himself up, leaing at her again.

Creekstone charged at Neon, his jaw opened.

(I think they should run the risk of getting some of their should ripped out or something stupid)

Sunlit fell to the floor with the impact and rolled over, under Brickbone and to the back of him where she attacked his back legs.

Neon caught Creekstone between her paws and threw him aside. Featherkite had managed to climb on her stomach and 'bite it'

(Hey, do the dead return now?)

Brickbone kicked Sunlit in the face with his back feet and tried to bite her wing.

Creekstone launched himself again and crashed into Neon.

(Yup)

Sunlit suddenly fell backwards in surprise. Fully-coloured. Neon too looked down at her fur.
"This is going to be fun. You don't have any advantage now"
Neon sent a ball of pulsing light hurtling towards Creekstone and Sunlit threw dust so it surrounded Habano. Featherkite dropped back into her bod, letting it rise from the floor. She activated her electricity and sent it spiralling towards Sunlit.

Brickbone stared in surprise, then lunged at her. Even if he was alive too, he needed to get rid of her.

Creekstone sent huge flames at Neon and created a ball of water and air, protecting himself and Featherkite.

Featherkite knowingly retracted her electricity then. Sunlit turned and fled into the trees. After a moment Neon followed.

"COME BACK HERE YOU LITTLE BITCH!" howled Brickbone.
After a second the water ball dropped.

Featherkite looked at Brickbone, her eyes wide.
"Your alive!"

"What?" Brickbone looked around at himself. "Hell, you're right."
Creekstone took a step back in surprise.

"So...so your Creekstone's Dad, right?" Featherkite asked, looking between the pair of them.

Brickbne laighed a little and nodded. "Yes, it would appear so." He looked at Featherkite. "You're Creekstone's friend, right? Featherflight, or something?"

"Kite" Featherkite corrected quietly, looking nervous.

"Featherkite." He nodded. "Who was that I was fighting?"

"Sunlit" Featherkite looked up, avoiding Creekstone's glance, "She's a nutcase ex-Sunwood leader"

"She is a nutcase." Brickbone glared in the direction she had left. "Damn bitch, running away like that..."

(By deh wai, Brickbone only has one wing due to him being more dog than wolf. XP)
