Apricot Orchard

"You were the friend Piku lost" Chessru's eyes widdened.

Kaiti dipped her head again.
"I was born a year after Pikokku. I called him Pi-pi, and still refer to him as that. I died the next summer after we met at the hands of the wolf, Silvermask; an unprovoked attack. Or maybe it was because her clan considered me a threat and wanted to do away with me before my voice developed more..." she paused, as if in brief thought. "I knew back then my powers were going to be strong... yes, even Pi-pi knew that, but he trusted me, he knew I wouldn't become evil. I was his only friend and he treated me like his sister. Because of his love, I decided that when I became a spirit I would stay in his mind. I have been in his conscience for two years."
Kaiti flicked a few more fallen leaves from her wings in a brief pause for thought.
"Pi-pi decided that just before he died he'd use a curse I forbid him to use to swap his life for mine." she said. "He wanted me to kill Silvermask when I came back; but I hold no grudge againster, so I will not."

Storm lowered her head. "I understand."

"Silvermask in the leader of our Clan, Apparerntly, she was a Foolish youngster"

Kaiti sighed. "I feel the need to fight someone... I haven't had any action for two years stuck in Pi-pi's pacifist mind..."

"Pascifist?" Chessru laughed, "Piku wasn't a pascifist!"

"He was until he saw Iska die." Kaiti closed her eyes. "Are you insulting him?" she opened her pale blue eyes and they flashed challengingly.

"He tried to kill Iska at the Lone Tree" Cheesie Chessru put in.

Kaiti growled. "Stop talking bad about Piku."

Seth watched their conversation intently. Serendia did the same.

"You asked us" Chessru was taken aback.

Kaiti sighed.
"Anyway... there is one tribe I'd love to wipe out, and that's the Faia tribe. It's a damned tribe full of power-hungry, evil wolves."

"Wolves from that tribe tried to take Tsuki back" Chessru added, flicking his tail.

Kaiti sighed. "From Piku's words I know that the clans of Dusk Isle are regrouping. At noon they will be seperated in bond again. If Tsuki is staying, the clans are going to have to fight the tribe, and the humans.
Anyway..." she smirked. "You'd better be careful, your clanmates back at Moonriver are in danger. The humans are about to attack again. I found out when I was singing."
With that, Kaiti began to sing again.
"I will see you soon, wolves of the clans." she whispered between her song, before vanishing into thin air.

"Oh damn" Chessru shot up, racing back to Moonriver as fast as his wings would flap.

A final giggle echoed round the clearing.

Stormcloud shifted, then turned on her heel.

Serendia and Seth didn't follow. "Something bad happens." she said and Seth shrugged.
"What should we do now?" he asked.
"I want to explore." Serendia replied, her eyes shining. "Come on!" Seth flew after her.

Kaiti reappeared in the apricot orchard. The first thing she did was devour an apricot or two, before she lifted her head to the stars above the trees and half-sang out.
"Tsuki... Come... I wish to see you at the Apricot orchard..."

Tsuki landed with a thud. "Yes?" He shouted.

Kaiti was hidden up a tree.
"O Son of Viral... Here you are..." she giggled.

"So? Show yourself" Tsuki was calm, he wasn't bothered by this...giggling.

Kaiti giggled. "I am here to kill you, Tsuki. Your father killed me when I was little and now in return I shall kill as many of the Faia tribe as I can, including you, whether you are still a part of it or not."
