"Just do what I say." She said. "If you're loyal to me, you'll be rewarded." She continued. "And just for now- call me Darke."

"For now? I hear Viral is alive again. Go and find him, tell him a wonderful new propersition is waiting for him here."

Serendia sensed that there was a stranger wolf standing near her. She tried to contact Seth, but found the connection was hazy. Seth? There was no reply. She panicked and opened her eyelids a crack. She glimpsed a she-wolf. SETH! YOU BROKE YOUR PROMISE!

"Hello." 'Darke' said, her voice layered with mesmer. "Who are you?"

Serendia struggled to keep her mind intact. "Not. Telling." she said through clenched teeth.

Myst dropped, looking straight at Serendia.

"Oh please?" She asked, the mesmer strong in her voice.

"Ser-seren..." Serendia put all her strength into resisting Myst.

"Hmm?" She asked, pushing the Mesmer harder. "I didn't catch it."

"Serendee-dee..." Serendia clawed the earth with fury. Stop saying your name!

Viral scanned the ground below him.

"What? Serendi? is that SerendiA?" Myst knew that finding out a wolf's name usually locked the Mesmer tight, and Serendia would be under her control.
