In the Volcano

Habano jumped into the air and held himself there until all was quiet.

Daybreak raised a wolfen eyebrow.

"And I killed Apose for you, you dumbass"

There was a pause.
This morning, blue flames lit up the ominous plateau again. She is a spirit, but she seems to have found a way to regain her powers beyong death. She doesn't seem to be... as dead as you think.

"I discare" Daybreak pulled a face.

Daybreak shrugged.
"I was the one who created this very volcano"

You did not create the volcano. You created a mountain. When I came to live here, it became a volcano as my fires flowed through it. the phoenix said. Leave, Daybreak. You can do nothing here.

"I can do as I please thank you" Daybreak grunted, and spat on the side of the volcano.

The spit reflected and shot back into Daybreak's face, hitting him just below his left eye.
Go. repeated the phoenix.

Daybreak tapped the volcano and started to flip around in the air, nudging the volcano every no and then.

As Daybreak tapped the volcano, the phoenix began drawing in power. The next time he tapped the volcano, he got set on fire from head to foot.
That is just a warning. said the phoenix. Leave the volcano. You have no buisness here anyway. Or are yo afraid of that NORMAL wolf who managed to give you four huge scars? You're getting weak, Daybreak.

"Weak?" Daybreak called out as he rolled down the volcano, the fire extingushing, "Hell no, it's a wolf's power"

There was no answer. It seemed as if the phoenix had stopped bothing answering Daybreak.

Daybreak grinned.

Habano stayed up in the air, terrified of the power that was surging through the mountian.

Daybreak flew back up.

Habano flew to Daybreak. "Why is it so mad?!"

"He's just weird" Daybreak commented.

"He's scary!" Habano flew around again.

"Nah, not really" Daybreak shrugged.

"Well, not for you!" Habano was still circling around.

"He thinks I'm weak" Daybreak sniggerd.

Habano circled around once more. "Everyone has a weakness."

"Yeah I know that" Daybreak laughed softley.
