The Stone Circles

"Neon is the Rift" Sunlit squeaked.

Serendia stared at Sunlit. "Okaaaay..."
"Is Neon a wolf, then?" Seth asked feeling exasperated.
A wolf isn't a rift, Seth. Get it right. Serendia chided.

Viral released more viruses into the air. "You know Sunlit can catch them as well." Xania said meekly.
"I don't care." Viral said flatly. "You cannot keep up your defence for long. You are weakening."

Sunlit started to pant. Sweat rolled down her sides.
"Neon, Rift-of-Myraid" She stammered.

Seth and Serendia backed away from her slowly. "Seriously! We don't understand you!" Seth said. "Maybe Arcaii or wolves like Taiyo do." Serendia muttered darkly.

"Neon is a pup, in time, summon her!" Sunlit bellowed.

Seth scowled and focused. She's grumpy today.
Wouldn't you if an annoying wolf called Seth wasn't easing your dying but helping it? Serendia shot back. Seth growled softly and felt something tug at his mind. Serendia watched him quietly, feeling something swirling inside her. I'm losing her! Serendia narrowed her eyes and lent him some of her strength through their bond. But Seth kept slipping up. She couldn't bear it any longer, when all of a sudden, she reached out and slowly drew "Neon" in. Seth let her do it, and blinked in surprise.

Sunlit gave a crackle of pain, "Tell her to send me back" Then she stopped breathing.

A small pup apperared in a flash of light. Stunning and black with Neon tints.

Sunlit's dead! We can do anything we want! Seth squeaked until Serendia mentally slapped him. "Sunlit told me to tell you to send her back to her time." she said tonelessly. "Honestly, she could've just said: "Bring Neon here and tell her to send me back"."

The black wolf's ears flickered.
"Why would I help Sunaria?"

Serendia gave Neon a hard glare. "Why won't you?"
She's called Sunaria?
Err..maybe.

"She broke the rules" the black pup gave a cold glare. She peered down at the floor, where a crack opened. Light filled the crack, pure white light. There was a flash and both Sunlit and Neon were gone.

"Ooohh, she disappeared." Serendia said as Seth scowled at her.

"Excuse me?! But some help would be really great....?" Xania squeaked as Viral smashed her onto the ground again until she bled heavily. Serendia snarled at Viral and raised her hackles. "What are you gonna do, weirdo?" Viral jeered and sent an army of viruses to disable her and Seth. Serendia used her new found power to flick the viruses away back towards him. Viral stared, stunned at her and flew away. Xania was huddled on the ground, bleeding and shivering.

Neon apperead back.
"You wouldn't belive I've been gone almost 24 hours, In your time"

"What if I believe you?" Serendia asked as Seth nudged Xania up.

"Hmmm, whatever" Neon shrugged, she vanished in another flash of white light.

"Hey, wait!" Serendia snapped, but she was too late.
"Leave her, she has done her job." Xania rasped. "We must deal with Viral now. He's threatening Starcliff." Seth and Serendia glanced at each other.
We're not Starcliff... Seth began.
But she has been so kind to us. Serendia replied. They looked back a Xania, their heads turning in unison. "You need to rest first." they said together and picked her up, and carried her to the alpha's den.

Daybreak landed. He waited for Habano

Habano neatly landed beside him. He looked around.

"Not much here."

"We dig, and muck it up" Daybreak grined, starting to tear at stones, "You know what's under here?"

Habano easily rolled a large boulder to its side. "Soil?"

"No. The fire of the soul" Daybreak yipped.

Habano gripped a stone and sent it rolling.

Daybreak smashed a stone inhalf.

Habano rolled another stone and tried to dig a little.

Daybreak's head disapeered under the earth.
