Oddspeed straighed up, naroowing her eyes at her fellow 'blind' littermate.
Flight copied his sister.

Mourn was oblivious of the stares, stumbling to Silvermask to suckle.

Silvermask sighed. She closed her eyes.

Flight and Odd started 'playfighting' again.

A bubble appeared. It poped with Featherkite, Creekstone, Kooneria and Kohaku.

Creekstone blinked and shook himself.

Silvermask awoke with a start. "Where's Swift?"
Oddspeed and Flightfoot stopped grappling. They both turned to stare. Featherkite flickered her ears miserably.
"Daybreak"

Creekstone dipped his head in apology.

Silvermask looked confused. "What Daybreak?" Her two pups, tried to leap from Creekstone, but Featherkite's hiss held them back.

Creekstone smiled at the two and flicked his one wing. Returning his attention to Silvermask, he replied, "A wolf called Daybreak. It was him."

"I know Daybreak" Silvermask raised a wolfen eyebrow. "Daybreak did what?!"

Featherkite took a deep breath. "Daybreak killed her" She noticed a dead body on the floor. Taron. The last memories of the wolf she hated filled her mind. Featherkite felt sick. She want just to clober the two pups attacking Creek. This was a nightmare.

Creekstone looked at Featherkite and saw her tense up a little.

Silvermask's eyes flashed. She stood in a rage. Her pups ran to her side, in shock.
"Why?!"
Featherkite drew back.

Creekstone looked up at her calmly. "I wouldn't know why."

"Daybreak has been trying to do these things! He killed Taron! He wanted to see my pups!"
Silvermask started to get angry.
"Don't take it out on Creekstone! It's my fault!" Featherkite yowled.

Creekstone looked back and forth between them, not exactly knowing what to say.

Silvermask's fur bristled.
Featherkite felt sick.

"Before you kill each other, I'd like to ask that you do it without the pups in the den," said Creekstone sharply.

"Without Swift theres no prophercy" Silvermask snapped, picking up Mournstrong by the scruff and stalking out. Flightfoot and Oddspeed followed.
"That went well" Featherkite muttered.

Creekstone laughed slightly, despite himself. "No kidding."

Featherkite smiled slightly.
"Whats happening from here? You going back to slink in the shadows?"

(Who's talking?)

(Feather. Silver's walked off)

Triffle was half asleep at the time, but at least heard Creekstone's comments. Rolling his eyes a bit, the unnatural looking pup grinned. "Oh, don't go out of your way on my account."

Featherkite blinked.
"Don't tell me Moonriver's getting huge again..." she turned to look at Creekstone.
"I fancy life as a loner to be honest. No rules, no obligations..."

Swift appeared as a spirit. She looked like she'd been crying.
