The Clearing

"Four is lower than five, actually. You've gone bonkers." Nasiar gave a smile at that. "And don't try to give me your megalomaniac crap, either. My best friend just died, and I'm part robot, for heaven's sake! It'll always skip you, Daybreak, and since you're already mental, I'm next!. One day you're going to fall back to earth and you're going to be challenged by something bigger than yourself, but somehow you'll make some other poor soul take it for you. You deserve to die, you freak!"

"Now you're stupid" Daybreak retorted, "Apose had the most power, then Neon, then Kohaku did. The strongest power anyhow. I'm the strongest. Four" His eyes narrowed at Naiser.
"Clear off would you?"

"Oh, I would if I could."

"Freak, Freak, Freak!" Cynder screamed. "Come on Naiser."

"Your making a mistake Cynder!" Daybreak retorted, advancing, with an aggressive manner. His eyes however were locked with Naiser's is body lowered into a combat stance.

Naiser had drawn something else, whilst in the brush. A dying moon, a fading fire, and a night sky.

"The Break of Day, the Fire of the Soul, and the Moon of the Sky shall fall." She cackled. Then, dragging Kohaku's body, they splashed into a pool at the same time, falling back to Dusk Howl.

Daybreak gave her a cool look as she went, not bothering to point out that was himself, Brook and Tsuki. He just gave Cynder a 'shoo' -ing look and glazed at her sternly.

"I'm not going anywhere." Cynder said coolly.

"This is my realm. Get out" Daybreak addressed sternly, his eyes flashing.

Cynder flopped down. "I'm not going because wolves on their own are ten times more likely to go insane."

"Well I'm leaving" Daybreak huffed, looking towards a rip in the realm that had been created by Kohaku's death.

"You'll go insane, Daybreak!" She warned.

"So will you" Daybreak retorted, "This Realm didn't protect Kohaku, It won't protect you either"

"Ah, but it's you we need to worry about. So I am metaphorically chaining myself to you. Or... 'Ang on..." A chain shot out from her chest plate and wrapped itself around Daybreak's neck. "Now not so metaphoric."

Daybreak's eyes flashed darkly.
"The last person that tried to boss me around, you saw what happened to her" His tail flickered challengingly, his words referring to Neon.

"Ah, but I'm doing it for your sake, not mine." Cynder said. "I actually care for your safety, Daybreak."

"Just so you don't go" Daybreak muttered, taking a step towards the rip and feeling the chain pull.

"Ah-ha-ah." Cynder said, the chain in her mouth

"Yo do have a dull mind" Daybreak muttered, looking at the chain with an expression of hatred.

"So what? You are NOT going insane, Daybreak."

"We'll go anyway" An Insane grin spread across Daybreak's face, "And you wouldn't be able to tell If I did"

Cynder pulled on the chain

"If we go to the real world, I'm still chaining myself to you. BUT - I won't stop youdoing what you want, and I'm not helping. Deal? We'll come back here if you go insane."

"That won't help. It's already started" Daybreak turned on Cynder like venom, "Remember those two million years you trapped me? In chains? Neon, Apose, Kohaku...the lot of you. Laughed at my face, and I didn't break? But I was planning. I didn't cry and sulk. I plotted" Daybreak paused as the sun began to rise through the rip, "The break of day, the day of the plan begins" He tapped his foot against the soil, "Welcome to the end, Cynder"
The End. Daybreak had started the war.

"Well, I'm going back into hybrination if you're going to go insane. Do anything to me and I won't be afraid to shoot you in the back." Cynder let the chains go, and doubled over into a small, compact shell.

Daybreak snorted, and jumped through the rift.

Neon appeared, and stumbled over Cynder's shell. Irritated with her deal, she pressed her nose to the shell.
