A place where drones buzz and whirr, completing tasks that keep the ship running.

As the deserted ship stood suspended silently in the stars above Dusk Isle, one of the many computers in the room began flickering as it was slowly drained of energy. The neverending stream of figures and numbers vanished from the screen and were quickly replaced by a series of horizontal and vertical dashes in a glowing blue font which lit up the room brilliantly.
As a drone passed the faulty computer, the light leapt from the computer like a live creature and surrounded the drone. There was an explosion as the previously posessed computer exploded, rendering it useless, leaving it a pile of metal covered in suspicious pink and blue liquid.
The living pink light was now inside the drone. It ceased responding to its programmed course as it became posessed, and a strange blue smile appeared on its metal face. As alarms began to sound, the drone began going to each of the other drones, systematically destroying each one.
