The Chessboard

Daybreak appeared in the center of his realm. Pausing to admire it, he focused on the huge chess pieces, calculate what was what. He slowly made his way towards the Black Knight on the right side, not pausing and walking straight through the wall into it.

Daybreak emerged from the Black Knight, and in a brisk walk found the center of the board. He dipped his head, and dissolved into thin air.

Daybreak appeared.

"Oh, that was a curious feeling." Nasiar commented.

"It's the only way to get here" Daybreak paused, "Welcome to my realm" He began to walk towards the large Black Bishop chess peice.

"Wow." Nasair murmured, then followed Daybreak towards the chesspiece.

Habano almost pierced his wings on a spike, but landed safely. We're here, Unoki!

Daybreak approached, a grin illuminating his face. Nyxius and Marru were mucking about with a spike in the distance.
"Habano! Welcome! I hope you arrived safely, and I'm glad you found my realm. Usually, you wouldn't be able to find it, but I opened it up temporarily. So, what d'ya think?"

The large wolf looked around for a moment. "It's a little creepy. But I like it." He smiled at the Original. Hey, Unoki, come out and say hi!

Are you sure I should? Unoki asked timidly.
"Would you like to rest, or have a tour first?" Daybreak asked.

Yeah, come on out! Habano paused for a second before looking at Daybreak. "It was a little tiring of a trip."

Unoki drifted out of Habano's mind.
"Daybreak?"
"Ah, Unoki" Daybreak answered, "The one Kaiti forgot about. She thought K'Yaku and P'Taia were our first litter." He frowned, and as if on cue, K'Yaku fell from his back.

Habano tilted his head at the other pup. "You guys had another?"

Daybreak nodded, "Him and a female, although the other one is with Kaiti right now. Alright, follow me - we can go somewhere comfy"
He indicated with his tail towards a tall black chess piece, and began to walk.

Habano looked at Unoki, and offered her a smile before following Daybreak.

Daybreak appeared, and he began to walk without hesitating towards the White Queen.

"Geddup." Nasair snarled, and Brook got up. Daybreaks realm. Interesting, Brook decided. She wasn't going to be a good prisoner. She had ideas, but when she would snap them, it would be a snap decision. She would have to, or that Nasair twit would discover her. She could find out more about how to lock Daybreak here... for good.

K'Yaku looked around, pondering where to go.

Habano appeared after him. "That is so weird!"

"We could play hide and seek!" K'Yaku burst out, jumping up and down.

"Okay!" Habano wagged his tail eagerly. "You'd have to be the hider, though. You'd find me in a second."

"Okay!" K'Yaku grinned, and vanished into thin air. He reappeared on top of a chess piece, hiding behind the point.

Habano trotted around, looking for him. He sniffed the air.

As Habano moved, K'Yaku turned around the point, keeping himself hidden.
